Biography

Dr. Igboko Ndubuisi is a lecturer at Federal University of Technology Owerri, where he teaches thermodynamics and other core chemical engineering courses. His research interests lie in the areas of sustainable energy systems, catalysis, and process optimization, with particular focus on biodiesel and biofuels production using heterogeneous catalysts, hydrogen plant design, and renewable energy technologies.

He is also engaged in the synthesis and application of zeolites, ceramic membranes from indigenous kaolin, petroleum product upgrading and quality enhancement, as well as the extraction of natural fragrance compounds from agricultural sources.

His work integrates thermodynamics, process design, and simulation to develop innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable chemical engineering solutions.
